I messed up twice last week. The first mistake was on Sunday; I went to the movies and ate alot of popcorn which wasn't too bad but afterwards I went and ate some fatty food. Afterwards, I had to wait until Wednesday before I was able to somewhat clear it out of my system. Then Wednesday night I went to the movies again and ate popcorn. Again, the popcorn was not the problem. The problem was that afterwards, I went and ate a bunch of tacos which again was going to take at least 36-48hrs to clear out of my system. And those two mistakes led to my bad weigh-in. I was upset about this negative weigh-in but it is also a good thing for our individuals that have been struggling more with losing weight and overcoming bad decisions. Now they will be able to see how I recover from these situations which do occur.
The easiest way to rectify this mistake is to fast. So, I will be fasting all of this coming week and focusing on elimination. So I will be drinking 1gal of water, taking my fiber supplements and drinking 16-32oz of prune juice every night. Following this method should lead to promising results by the end of this coming week.

My weigh in shows positive results however they will be much better once I completely clear out my digestive system. Last week I did a good job following my diet plan and workout routine. I started off pretty rough because I went to a concert on Monday night and I over ate at the buffet and then I ate tacos later that night. However, I was able to recover by fasting for the rest of the week; and it is a good example of what I told you all about the benefits of Fasting on the Tips & Tools page. As you can see, I fasted the remainder of the week to recover from overeating and it paid off. I did not know if I was going to be able to recover quick enough but I did and you can see the results with my positive weigh in. This week I will be making sure I keep my elimination on track, keep up my daily diet and workout routine, drinking 1 gallon of water a day and I will be increasing my potassium intake so my morning shake will increase in calories.
